In today's Village Grandpa's Cooking episode, our four grandpas performed Qurbani with two beautiful goats during Eid-ul-Adha. One goat was sacrificed on behalf of Zahid Bhai and another on behalf of Ani Apu.

Zahid Bhai, who lives in America, kindly sent money for purchasing the goats. Two days before Eid, the grandpas bought the goats from the local market and cared for them until Eid day. Following Islamic rules and traditions, both goats were sacrificed in the names of Zahid Bhai and Ani Apu.

After the Qurbani, the grandpas cleaned and prepared the meat carefully. On the following day, they cooked a large traditional Mutton Tehari using the fresh Qurbani meat. After enjoying the meal together, they packed hundreds of food packets and personally visited elderly, disabled, and underprivileged villagers to distribute the food.

We sincerely request everyone to make dua for Zahid Bhai and Ani Apu. May Allah accept their Qurbani and reward them abundantly for their kindness and generosity.

আজকের Village Grandpa's Cooking পর্বে আমাদের চারজন দাদা পবিত্র ঈদুল আজহা উপলক্ষে দুটি খাসি কুরবানি করেছেন। একটি কুরবানি করা হয়েছে জাহিদ ভাইয়ের নামে এবং অন্যটি আনি আপুর নামে।

আমেরিকাপ্রবাসী জাহিদ ভাই কুরবানির জন্য অর্থ পাঠিয়েছিলেন। ঈদের দুই দিন আগে দাদারা বাজার থেকে দুটি খাসি কিনে আনেন এবং যত্নসহকারে লালন-পালন করেন। ঈদের দিন ইসলামিক নিয়ম অনুযায়ী তাদের নামে কুরবানি সম্পন্ন করা হয়।

কুরবানির পর দাদারা গোশত পরিষ্কার করে ছোট ছোট টুকরো করেন। পরের দিন সেই তাজা কুরবানির গোশত দিয়ে সুস্বাদু মাটন তেহারি রান্না করা হয়। রান্না শেষে সবাই একসাথে খাওয়া-দাওয়া করেন এবং পরে খাবারের প্যাকেট তৈরি করেন।

এরপর দাদারা গ্রামের বিভিন্ন প্রতিবন্ধী, অসহায় ও বয়স্ক মানুষের বাড়িতে গিয়ে তাদের হাতে খাবারের প্যাকেট পৌঁছে দেন।

আপনারা সবাই জাহিদ ভাই ও আনি আপুর জন্য দোয়া করবেন। মহান আল্লাহ যেন তাদের কুরবানি কবুল করেন এবং উত্তম প্রতিদান দান করেন।
