I think the Mummy falls under that category of Perfect movies. I’m never bored when watching it no matter how many times I’ve seen it. I laugh at all the jokes without fail every time. It has literally everything in it you could want from a movie. And the music, oh my god the love theme makes me cry every time.
In my opinion this is one of the greatest movies ever made and it’s timeless, it will never get old. It always brings a smile to my heart.
Also this movie is so bisexual coded and I love it for that

I like the part where Jonathan isn't as incompentent as we thought he was and he could read hieroglyphs

She should be proud of being a librarian. Some states and places require a masters to become one, my sister is working toward hers

Benny, the guy who loses his eyes and tongue is actually gay and married to another famous gay actor. The awakening was total 🤣😋🤣

10:20 I always like Evie stepping over Jonathan; shows that him getting clocked isn’t totally uncommon and so she isn’t surprised

Didn't know I needed to see a Rick O'Connell cosplay from Benji or Rizzo dressed as a mummy in my life until this video. You both look great, guys! 😍👍

As an Egyptian, I love acting like this movie was something I was personally involved in LOL

18:49: He actually has. It's not explicitly stated as far as I can recall, but it's a widely-accepted theory that Jonathan is a World War I veteran who most likely went through hell in the trenches. He offhandedly jokes about wanting to die in his first scene, drinks like a fish and generally has a very devil-may-care attitude while also being a crack shot.

my favourite joke is when O’Connell is threatening Beni on the boat and Beni says “think of my children”, and O’Connell replies “but you don't have any”, and Beni says “… but I might one day?” 😂

Watching people enjoy a movie they love is almost always more fun than watching someone see it for the first time. This movie is great and holds up surprisingly well in all aspects. Humor, visuals, characters. No notes.

Jonathan got the key when he accidentally pushed the guy into the fire I think because that guy stopped and said “the key!”

I always felt badly for how they tortured the glasses guy. Poor guy was trying to show hospitality :(

This is the movie that started my love of Brendan Fraiser. Also, a great heroine w/ Evy who isn't a gunslinger or sword fighter, but she's capable, proud, & brave, but not "I'm not like other girls" - UGH I JUST. I. LOVE. THIS. MOVIE.

Just recently heard a theory that Jonathon is a decorated WWI using silliness to deal with extreme PTSD. I’m cool with this, Jonathon certainly is competent when it counts
