Exactly me!! My new cardiologist totally believes me although my angiogram and other tests looked good. His partner, however, told me I can't have angina with clear vessels. After and ER visit and how I am responding to medications, I probably have coronary angiospasm and/or microvascular disease. It is a very serious situation, so don't let anyone dismiss your symptoms. No wonder heart disease is the largest killer of women! How many doctors have dismissed symptoms.

I was just diagnosed with this. Interestingly, had heart attack in April 2025 and then have something which registered as a male cardio fraction in November 25. Your doctors cannot see anything since I’ve been having severe chest pain when I work out some days I get extremely tired and don’t want to fall asleep. I have to get a CAT scan and then in second stress test it’s been diagnosed with micro diseases. I’m a 52-year-old male and I’m very interested in any therapies that will help.

Its not just women im a 61 year old man who has been diagnosed with this after several ER visits and they would just send me home and said no evidence of heart damage, normal troponin and EKG. Finally found a cardiologist who didn't think i was a nut and found the issue. Now medication seems to be helping.
