Join me on a journey to discover the Khmer village of Ban Bueng Malu in Sisaket Province, Thailand. This community possesses a unique language, culture, and way of life.

In this video, I'll take you to see the village, the houses, the daily lives of the people, and talk to villagers about the Khmer language used in daily life. We'll also explore the differences between Khmer in Thailand and Cambodia, and how well people from both regions can understand each other if they meet.

Furthermore, we'll discuss the community's perspectives on the terms used to refer to Thai-Khmer people, and experience their traditional way of life and culture through stories from locals.

This journey is dedicated to learning about and sharing the stories of these people. It is not intended to disrespect, discriminate against, or create conflict between any ethnicity or country.
