Why not try a flowerpot antenna for CB, I personally haven't tried one but I'm keen to build one for 4m?
Also something I did try a long time ago is a CB coax dipole and it worked really very well, mark and measure but don't cut a 1/4 wave on RG58 and strip the outer at that point, make a litte gap in the braid at that same point and gently pull the inner through it, the braid will stretch out longer than the inner so trim that to get good swr.
I know you are supposed to keep the feeder at right angles, wind an ugly balun etc. but I didn't know any better back in about 1978, I just hung it out of an upstairs window, snipped the braid for best swr and it worked like a dream.
Just hoist it up a fibreglass pole, let the feeder dangle down it will be OK 😄
