June Brown Is Incrediable, she draws you in. her and barbara could have wipe the floor with theese actors in hollywood

RIP LESLIE GRANTHAM

"Yeah I'm in a poxy laundrette with some deranged Christian who has watched too much David Attenborough!" - always loved that line since I saw this episode back in 2004. LOL!

this was when eastenders was at its best,  good writing, good storylines, and the scenes between just two characters, they should bring this format back

Two best characters in Eastenders history! and the acting in this scene is absolutely excellent.

The one thing EastEnders missed when Den was brought back in 2003 is that we never got an eventual storyline with Den and Grant Mitchell or even Den and Peggy Mitchell.  If Leslie hadn’t of been sacked we could have seen Grant and Peggy Vs Den and Sharon but sadly with Leslie passing away Den would have been killed off again in the end

Two legends that deserve an oscar

Best Eastenders scene ever! I miss Den,he was an excellent character.

This is from Thursday 26th August 2004

Have to love Dot. She was always caring for people regardless of who they were.

"Yeah, and Chrissie left it!"
"Oh no, she hasn't, has she!"
Good sarcastic bit, Den!

great acting from June Brown

Man...this scene is SO damned good...I've never seen the full episode, but what I wouldn't give...

This is such a fascinating character analysis

June Brown. The real deal. That monologue was extraordinary.

The producers would be hard pressed to get a scene like this on Eastenders nowadays.

Aw I miss Den :(

one of the best scenes in ee history!

Rip June and leslie

Lesley had a legitimate, almost movie like quality.
