I swear to God. I made a comment on the original video saying, "to not be woke, you just need to make an abstract game with no discernable features". but apparently not! The fact that a game consisting of ABSTRACT SHAPES AND COLORS is woke because of SELF-APPRECIATION AND MENTAL HEALTH THEMES is utterly insane. The fact that these people take themselves seriously is ridiculous.

When they say "DEI" what they mean is "There is at least one black character that isn't a slave, but is still working"

Genderly Amibigulous is what a non-binary character would be called in Harry Potter

The woke detector group actually acknowledges that Kris from Deltarune is non binary.

Woke detector somehow has more reading comprehension than most deltarune fans

Death and Taxes referring to everyone with they/them pronouns is almost definitely just something to make creating the game easier, But id like to add that the developers first language is Estonian, a language that doesn’t have gendered pronouns.

I treat the woke’s game list like free advertising for small indie games, it’s how i bought and very much love Super Lesbian Animal RPG

"black people werent invented till the civil war" im fucking dying here lmao

… hold on, I kind wanna write “I’m In Love With A POC Female Pilot/Helium-Discoverer AND I’m In Another World?!”

I like how they don't even describe the games with no woke content. No analysis on what makes it woke or not woke, just not woke. Woke games get paragraphs and analysis.

Self acceptance is woke? Well, I guess nothing says "I'm a strong american man" quite like destructive insecurities.

2:09:42  "the gendered child" is literally a lore clue in hollow knight, woke as fuck

Garry’s Mod is considered woke because, and I quote: “Garry banned servers from having swastikas in them, including the servers that are just historically accurate WW2 servers.”

Steins;Gate's trans woman literally asks the main character to use time travel to make her AFAB and IT SOMEHOW WORKS??? You know, just normal cishet male behaviour.

I love the limited wokeness in these games. It’s so charming!

Omg omg okay I wanted to talk more about the OK KO thing specifically bc I go wild when it gets brought up all of a sudden. Hyperfixation haha (I tried bringing it up in the chat but idk if my comment went through so I'll just say what I want to say here-)

It's funny how they list the reason why OK KO Let's Play Heroes is "woke" because of a tweet by one of the crew members describing Rad as "pretty fluid" in regards to what his sexuality was (he's not confirmed genderfluid per se, the post was a response to someone asking if Rad was straight or something else since the show touched on Enid being bi-), when the game itself LITERALLY has a quest where KO has to help Enid get Red Action (the pink-haired lesbian girl who's her crush and later became her gf in the show) to notice and like her posts. There was even a moment during the quest where Red says to KO "what are you, some kind of social media cupid?" after he suggests that she and Enid should "social media" each other.

Also the "X" wasn't in regards to Twxtter, it's quite literally Rad's last name/initial bc he's an alien from Planet X. His full name is literally "Radicles X".

And that's pretty much all I have to say. Sorry for the rambling-

Salty having literally all trans women friends as Just Some Guy is so funny how does that even happen

1:19:29 the funny thing about dragon marked for death is it’s only “woke” because the player can choose different characters so the dialogue is gender neutral 😭 it’s not even actually woke

Why so queerious? -the woker

funfact yiik a post modern rpg would be considered woke due to the male protagonist being able to kiss a male party member, there is also a pride flag in one of the towns.
also there is a LOT of dialogue and they would NOT like that
