Elliot is the man! The display has to be seen in person to fully appreciate it, definitely one of the best collections of acros anywhere.

Seems like the best acro systems including Thirstys reef run no filter socks or rollers.

I heard 50 percent like acro power and the other 50 percent can't tell a difference.

High Iodine from Flatworm stop will darken most sps.

Anyone know who makes these black acrylic frag racks?

@fragfarmltd 1 year ago

Bolus will work fine without the increase in light, the effect just won't be quite as pronounced. The point of the increase in PAR at the beginning of the day is because the Bolus dose permits the corals to maximise the use of the light at the beginning of the photoperiod. Of course it will naturally raise the pH the harder you drive the photosynthesis.

I’m just wondering the name of the coral on the thumbnail? Thanks for the information

I'm getting errors trying to hit his website. Anyone else?

Is Sodium Hydroxide better for maintaining a higher PH than Kalk. My pH goes from 7.8 to 8.2 and I would much rather see me from 8.2 to 8.4 if possible. I use Cal Reactor, Kalk and a CO2 scrubber.

You really should tell your listeners when there is a specific product that endangers the health of their reef inhabitants.

If there are frag plugs leeching toxic levels of nothing, you should let them know.
