Real review I made my first  turkey yesterday and it was a hit. I cooked an 11lb turkey for a my wife in-laws, and best friend and it was so freaking tasty and juicy. My father in law said he usually doesn't eat turkey because people make it dry. He had seconds and thirds yesterday. Thank you for making this great video.

This is honestly the best recipe one could follow. So much detail without being unnecessarily bloated.

Here in Germany thanks giving is not common, but I wanted to cook my friends a thanks giving meal.

I followed this turkey recipe and even though I only dry brined my birds (2) for 4 hours (didn't have much time) it turned out absolutely amazingly. Juicy meat, even the breast, though noticably dryer was still really juicy.

On my oven I cooked the 2nd one for 25 instead of 30 minutes each time and it turned out even more juicy.

I had one english friend there and he said quote "this is the best turkey I've eaten in my entire life, and I'm from England so I've had 26 of them" (he ist 26 years old).

And I agree. I've had my fair share of turkey on my visits to my family in the US. I don't think I've ever had a better one!

Tip for a slightly christmasy flavor: add cinamon stick, whole cloves and whole all spice into the turkey pan to cook in the gravy.

I made the turkey this year and I was watching everyone leave the turkey till the end. Then everyone was like dayum this turkey is juicy as heck! Love it. The chocolate chip cookies and turkey recipe was a hit. Good looking out Nick!!
