I'm a somatic trauma-informed coach and narcissistic abuse specialist, and I was trauma-bonded for years. So these are the twelve things I'd do now, if I had to heal a trauma bond again with all the knowledge and experience I’ve gained since then.

Also, in addition to saying "no", I find it helpful to remember that "no is a complete sentence," and not to JADE: Justify Argue Defend or Explain.
