Welcome to Casa Miño 66, a detached house of over 1,100 m² designed by Vázquez + Rúa Arquitectos, located in the exclusive El Bosque residential area, northwest of Madrid.

This project integrates luxury, functionality, and nature on a 2,550 m² plot, featuring an infinity pool with a waterfall, sunbathing areas, a jacuzzi, and a pond that surrounds the house, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and connection with the environment.

The house was built with meticulous attention to detail over three years, incorporating sustainable solutions such as large eaves for solar control, natural ventilation, and high-level thermal insulation.

With clearly defined volumes, each space serves a specific function: main living room, kitchen, office, and private areas, all oriented to the south to maximize natural light.
