Can I just say thank you for keeping your backgrounds dim? Sometimes in AMSR videos the set is super well lit and it makes the video crazy bright and while I can respect that, I'm like, trying to sleep? Ya'know? Like all my lights are off and it's night and watching a really bright video makes it hard to relax so your videos having super mellow lighting is highly appreciated ♥️

That paypal honey ad jumpscared me, oh how things have changed

It ain’t Christmas without an Erin video. These are some of my favourites!

8:21 "Things have been hostile in the kitchen today... lemme grab my wine" the DRAMA, Ms. Moon

The conversational tone is off the charts w this one

I have a cousin who's about 10 years older than me and when I was younger I remember thinking that she was so cool. During holiday gatherings she would always take time to talk with me and would braid my hair, and it was so nice. This video gives me those vibes and it's very comforting 🧡

I've been rewatching your previous Christmas videos religiously throughout this year - the atmosphere in them is so lulling and magical. even though we only see you in these videos, the implication that it's a house full of relatives is so compelling.
I'm on the other side of Ukraine, away from my parents since February; my sister with her family is in Germany. We will not be together on holidays, and it breaks my heart.
Wishing you all the best for the holidays and beyond.

The ambiance of your videos is just so genuinely calming and kind for all the lonely people during the holidays. Thank you Erin ❤

17:08 fun fact!!! Birds don’t actually experience spice!! Capsaicin (the chemical in peppers that makes them spicy to us) doesn’t effect birds in the same way as other animals :)

my grandma passed a couple months ago and it's so hard to have this Christmas without her, but this genuinely. brought me some joy and comfort. thank you so much

You remind me so much of my big sister in this video! We’re both quite bad about staying in touch, but never miss a beat when we’re together in person. I think I will give her a call tomorrow, thank you for the unintentional “nudge” :) ❤

The fact that they're playing a Wii in the grandma's basement and not a more recent system is an EXCELLENT detail.

I LOVE how you picked up your wine for the gossiping 💅😂

So fun fact, the birds wouldn’t mind the hot peppers in the cousin’s garden. Birds are unaffected by capsaicin, it’s one of the methods that pepper seeds spread.

And this is exactly what I needed. I’ve been having panic dreams, nightmares. And I’m nervous to fall asleep, not sure if that happens to anyone else - anyway, the holidays are exhausting. For many reasons. This is o comforting.

Me being at a party with anxiety and you found me and calmed me ❤

The bit around 7:50 where you're describing the candy shop and pulling the taffy gave me MAJOR tingles.
Fantastic roleplay story here, very soothing during a stressful time of year.

Over the last couple of years, Christmas has been a sort of depressing time of year for me.

I lost both of my grandparents on my moms side. I had a super close relationship with the two of them…and I think they were what made Christmas such a warm and cozy holiday for me. Without them, the holiday has felt a little empty.

I don’t know if you’ll see this, but I feel I should let you know that this is the first time in 5 years where I feel like I’ve truly felt the Christmas spirit again.

I’m not sure what it was about this video, but it made me really excited for the holiday! So Thank You, Erin :) It’s clear that you always are very meticulous with these videos and you put your heart into each one 💕 Merry Christmas 🎄🎁

when you pulled out the present for uncle jack, i was really wondering just how small he really was based on the coat. then context clues kicked in... yippee.
but anyways! i always look forward to these videos during the christmas season ♥️ your dedication even in simple videos like this is so warm and inviting to watch. thank you, erin!

This feels so cozy and comfy, like I'm actually here part of the family 😭
Thank you for this, Erin! Beautifully done as always!
