Dougdoug watches his own video and immediately goes insane, now he knows how we feel

"DougDoug Loses His Sanity"
>look inside
>hes doing a Jerma tier bit
yea

Dougdoug gets bored TO DEATH of watching his own video and does something else LIVE

chat likes gambling, they dont know what theyre gambling on

Bro had to change shirts after that 🤨🤨😭 0:34

The reveal that Doug thinks that the two talents thing is a literal, actual, real thing instead of a metaphor or a simplification was wild. Like, how does he genuenly think that having silly objectives when playing videogames is something he was born with as one of his main abilities in life

10:06 I can’t believe that 10 years is like a week nowadays. Inflation is ruining Doug’s youth.

7:20 for anyone wondering this guy is a Newgrounds legend and still goes to this day as Space Laces, one of the most influential EDM producers in recent years. I also didn't know Doug was an artist in the 2000's Newgrounds, that's so neat!

I can't believe I've never seen the soundboard bit. That's absolute Gold.

absolutely insane thumbnail

There’s a distinction between skills and talents I don’t think he is making.

I have issues with that title. You can't lose your sanity if you were never sane to begin with...

13:10 i love how he smiles like, yeah, that was a funny joke

This was such a weirdly fun stream. Also reminded me of some of our older jokes that phased out, like 1751. Unless doug banned that one, in which case it's literally 1751.

12:08 The way you explained this is SO clear. Thank you.

12:46 i guess you could say he's a... Storyteller

6:56 this reminds me of geometry dash and of wii sports

Doug claims to be neurotypical and then is physically incapable of staying on track while watching a 100 minute video

I will say the "youre born with two skills" thing is so silly. Like, you know how many things there? So many doug, youre gonna be good at more than two skills. Also, while talent is a thing, people are not born good at something like music. Theres not a 'music' gene. However, people are born good at memorizing repetition, understanding tone, being able to be on beat, ect. These are not exclusive things to music, and a lot of people who are born "good" at music are also good at things that require the specfic skills a musician has. Its not as simple as "you are good at music and writing" if youre good at those two things, youre going to be good at a bunch of other things that require those skills.

Also, like, no one is actually born good at things in a pratical sense either. At least 90 percent of ppl arent. Even people we view as talented work very hard to be good at the thing they are good at, they arent just born that way. As a piano player who is amazing at the instrument if they played it that good as soon as they were born, and theyd probably laugh at you. Same with almost every skill, its just practice. It just tends to be if you are born good at certain things like memory, your parents will notice and give you something to enhance your skill that you will pratice with and so youll get a head start.

Basically, people can be born better than avarage at somethings, but they arent born amazing at them. You arent bitten by a radio active artist when you pop out the birth cannal. And most people can learn a skill, any skill, if they pratice enough. There are some outlier cases like people who are born with sevant syndrome, or people like me. (I have a math disability, im never going to be good at math.) But for the majority of things, its mainly practice

Reported for the title being misleading. How could he lose his sanity when he had none to begin with? If only it was more accurate smh
