Wondering: Do the diesels (DC or DCC, I suppose) run on the same tracks, and vice versa, with the life steamers ?
Though I think that's not a problem: The whole trackage is DC/DCC where the steam traveling ON it doesn't 'see it'.
Then this opens another question: Couldn't the steamers have a small motor which moves the throttle up or down via digital control ? But, I'm sure they've been over this in many discussions..Eh !

If you like roundly-roundies with SPADs at supersonic speeds then I suppose this has some merit
