애들한테 선한 마음이 느껴짐
나이들수록 이게 진짜인지 연기인지 기가막히게 구분해내기때문에

터크먼의 네 단계는 실험 결과일까
아닙니다. 터크먼은 치료 집단, 훈련 집단, 실험실 집단 등을 다룬 글 50편을 모아 '팀은 대체로 이런 순서를 밟는다'는 틀을 세웠어요. 영상에서 "정리한 틀"이라고 말씀드린 이유입니다. 1965년 글에서 셋째 단계 '규범'은 '응집'의 때로 설명되고, 1977년에 다섯째 단계 '해산'이 더해졌습니다.
막대그래프가 말하는 것
영상의 .63과 .23은 '팀이 서로 묻고 배우는 행동'을 각 요인이 얼마나 설명했는지(수정 R²)예요. 영상에선 두 개만 보여 드렸지만, 표에는 업무 지원(.52)과 리더 코칭(.45)도 있었고 그중 심리적 안전감이 가장 높았습니다. 배우는 행동은 팀원들이 스스로 답한 값입니다.
연구 속 팀은 누구였나
미국의 한 제조 회사 작업팀 51개, 427명입니다. 아이돌이나 공연팀이 아니라 회사 직원들이었어요. 한 회사의 결과라 모든 팀이 그렇다고 말할 수는 없습니다.
놀림이 친밀함이 되는 조건
켈트너 연구진은 놀림을 '장난스러운 도발'로 정의하면서, 같은 놀림도 관계에 따라 날이 서기도 하고 가까움의 표시가 되기도 한다고 정리했어요. 영상의 '어쩌라고'가 웃음으로 들리는 건, 그 말을 주고받는 두 사람이라서일 거예요.
