Do not try any heating devices if you are on the thinner side. I got Morpheus done in a reputable clinic for 2,000 euros three years ago. It is extremely painful and it made my facial fat disappear after 8 months. Ended up having a plastic surgery to more or less repair the damage but my facial pads are gone.

My experience with Sculptra was disappointing. Caused a lot of bruising and there were minimal results. None of my friends who tried it will continue. My best results have been with Radiesse - also a bio stimilator.

I had Morpheus done on the backs of my legs to help with skin thickening tightening and I got a horrible result. It did make my skin much more relaxed almost like it melted fat.... it is taking years for that skin to look even slightly better the girl I went to said she was an expert and I got it at a plastic surgeon's office. She numbed the skin which I now hear that is not supposed to be done ( something about we need to know how hot it feels and if it hurts so we can let the practitioner know) and it hurt like the Dickens even with numbing. If I were you I would never get this done much less on the face. I think it's terrible that these practitioners get to use this kind of device and not be fully experienced. Even if you go to a dermatologist or a plastic surgeons office that does not mean they're experienced!!!!!!!

I had Tribella. A series of 3 sessions. One of the three treatments was microneedling. I would not do it again. Lots of swelling and itching. I did not see an amazing result. The IPL was something I keep getting and see good results. I’ve had 2 Fraxel lasers and loved my results.

How about other biostimulators like Radiesse, Bellafill, Ellanse? Or newer treatments that stimulate fat, like Renuva?

Morpheus is supposed to be outdated and lower level equipment according to some doctors who won't use it but do use another brand.Sunekos is supposed to be worlds away better than sculptra but not available in the USA because Europe and Asia are so far advanced over the USA since the FDA is corrupt. And if the donor has been vaccinated that's not good to inject yourself with that spike protein or any other disease they have. And umbilica stem cells still carry that spike protein as has been discovered if the mother had those jabs.

I had Rf microneedling years ago and it didn’t hurt. Laser hurt much more.

It's definitely important to go to the best well trained. People need to take time to really make a decision, get multiple opinions from all the best of the best and educate themselves. Not all individuals are candidates for all treatments either as you mentioned. I personally am super cautious and if I get a weird feeling I listen to my gut. I've had amazing results with Radiesse, tixel, laser and of course botox /dysport. Even some providers don't even do the neuromodulators correctly. More education is needed and I don't agree that anyone can buy these machines and just set up shop.

I have been doing at home chemical peels for a few years and have gotten great glow and texture and some redcuction in HP. I have been religiously doing jessners since last July--anywhere from 2-5 layers each month. I have aome very stubborn brown spots that wil not go away. But ..I had fraxel done a few days ago and I am beyond excited to see that a couple of the brown spots are totally gone

I have never heard about these energy treatments being an issue for face lifts, but have heard of the fillers because not all the filler leaves the area.

great discussion! Could you do an episode on comparing and discussing your experiences with different neurotoxins available on the market for different parts of face. All derms pocasts I’ve seen just tend lump all of them together without discussing their professional experience with each of those.
