Here's a story of mine. One of my grandma's uncles worked for a railroad (none of we unknown of) around in the 40's he was on a flatbed car and he slipped off. As he did slip a train going like 25 and hit him. he did die immedietly.
Reminds me of the safety film we had to watch, "Shake Hands with Danger" It's for heavy equipment operators. We used to laugh so hard! It's here on youtube. Check it out.
At 4:07 the narrator mentions using "common sense", as the men proceed loading 50lbs of tools onto the car they will LIFT to place on the tracks. "That's using your head, boys!"
