Brioche is hands down the BEST bread for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. It's so pillowy soft, sweet, and slightly buttery that when you put Nutella on it, the taste is similar to a super soft donut.

This might sound childish but the captions in this video got me really emotional. I've been struggling with anorexia for 6 years now and it's been way worse since I moved alone for university. I see no way out of it, but I'm very happy to know that you've found peace with your eating and exercising habits, Eri!

This positive comments from ppl which encourage you to do it , know that they are NOT your friends. They dont care about you and your healthy

I really enjoyed your story as it’s a good message to not have people be fearful of certain foods. Those sandwiches look delicious and it’s nice to see you enjoyed 🫶🥰

Dang those looked so good. I miss your stories girl. I sure wish I can eat like u can and never gain weight. But every since I had covid in February, my appetite has never really come back. When I start eating thinking I'm really hungry. I get full super fast. I gain weight super fast to. I have all my life. Even in my teenager years. I did sports, marching band. I mowed lawns with my dad for a summer job. My metabolism has always sucked. Its so hard to get weight off. No matter how hard I try. It kind of runs in my family to sadly on the women side. Love u girl. Can't wait for next weekends video. I also miss your cooking videos too.

I actually bumped into this video because I was having some eating disorder thoughts and was feeling bad for having eaten a spoonful of peanut butter. The twisted ED logic said that I might feel better if I watch others eat my cravings. I didn’t expect to come across your kind words. Truly, thank you so much. ED thoughts don’t go away easily but small things in life can make them slightly more tolerable.

Thick peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are amazing. The best way to rinse it down is with a glass of milk with ice in it.. 😋😋😋 please try it. You will never drink milk without ice again 😊

I'm literally obsessed with your donut mug IT'S SO CUTE

I used to eat Nutella and bread everyday. Like i loved it as a kid but after sometime my the prices went up and it couldn't be a staple in our household anymore. Afterwards i lost touch. Its been like years since i haven't had Nutella and bread. I came to this vidoe to watch the PB & J sandwiches and the Nutella sandwich brought back memories.

Okay I am totally intrigued! The weight lifting, exercise and meal prep had the "opposite" affect on the body you wanted???? You know, one time ago you said you would tell us about what you do and now, after hearing this, I would really love it if you explained this further; I'm fascinated!   And......I just can't imagine someone wishing you ill will, it's inhuman!

I love jam and peanut butter sandwiches 🤭 and I have another idea… Nutella and marshmallow sand toast! That would be great 🥰

Dear Eri, please MORE TALK about your metabolism and specifics like you did in this vid, that was great !!

Thank you Eri for the nice words at the beginning of your video , those mean a lot for tons of people that watch your videos and for people struggling with eating disorders . Big thank you 🙏🏻♥️

You already told us that listening to our bodies is the best way to be healthy and not being always frustrated, about appearance and food, through other words last year 😏 doing too much sports is sometimes close to anorexia or other obsession, other needs of control.

You are consistently EXCELLENT in your choices for ASMR videos. This video is no exception - well done. I enjoy every one of your productions. Thank you.

Hey if you’ve never heard of it if you haven’t tried it and it might sound weird to you but I promise you it is unbelievable try cream cheese and jelly sandwiches please try it it’s so good I promise you also if you’re gonna do this again do you like toasted bread or English muffins and then butter peanut butter and honey I promise you you will love it and you can add whatever else you want of course. But that basic recipe of salty and sweet and crunchy and creamy and hot and cold is so damn good.
And off topic but another one if you haven’t already done it I know you’ve done a version of it but make some egg noodles like it can even be prepackaged egg fettuccine and then do the noodles with butter and cottage cheese you can do ricotta but cottage cheese is better in my opinion lots of black pepper

omg this is absolutely the best combo..not only jam and peanut butter but also nutella toast🥰

the captions of this video are so real
as someone who struggled with ed and body image issues i understand you entirely!

I am squealing with delight!! PB&J is a favorite since childhood. So this is nostalgic ASMR for me 😊❤
