Angel Chakma, a student from Tripura, was racially abused and brutally assaulted while studying in Uttarakhand and sadly lost his life later on.
Some accused have been arrested, but the main accused is still absconding.
This case raises serious concerns about racial discrimination and student safety, especially for students from the Northeast.
