Keep the woodstove.  You will appreciate it when you learn how it works.    I absolutely love mine.

Is Ruth one of the founders of Homeworthy? She's on a lot! I think she should have her own show 🧡 She's such a great narrator of stories and makes you feel at home in all these videos 😊

Ruth is so wonderful to listen too. She is the neighbor everyone wished they had!  Ruth, you picked the perfect decor for a mountain home, both warm and cozy!

Beautiful home and beautiful family.....Ruth is bringing back family and all the traditions I grew up with in a big way! Love how she cultivates family time down to the all the little things like having cozy blankets everywhere and hot chocolate makings at the ready. Themes for the rooms is such a great idea too!! Thank you Ruth for reminding us the importance of all our family get aways and how to truly relax together.

♥️ Ruth, thank you for blessing us with another video. HomeWorthy always  feeding us brilliant content, thank you.

This is such a beautiful home. Ruth's homes are always well decorated and I love the story that comes with it

You’re a very inspiring woman Ruth! God bless you

Beautiful home. So many ppl commenting negatively about “wealth” and “privilege “ but these folks have worked hard for what they have. Watch the  first episode with them and you will see they worked and flipped houses for years

I really loved watching this video. I live in Ammon Idaho. For 36 years have been blessed to live in this region Ruth is sharing. I don't ski, I quilt lol, but I share her love of the snow and the gorgeous mountains surrounding me in this area. We live on an half acre in the fresh air of Idaho and we enjoy gardening, and safety here. We raised 8 children in our home and we planted over 100 Aspen trees in our back yard. Watching this video made me realize that I am so deeply blessed to live here in this area full time. I love the west. I love the slower pace life, the peace and the beauty that surrounds me. I wanted to thank Homeworthy for this video and taking the time to publicly "shout-out" this particular region. Jackson Hole is a place that is very expensive, as well as Driggs and even Victor now....HOWEVER, one doesn't need to be rich to be deeply blessed and able to participate in many fun and soul enriching activities here in our area. Examples are Jackson Hole's weekly Farmer's Market. It is SO wonderful! On the West Yellowstone Entrance of Yellowstone you will find The Play Mill. This is an INCREDIBLE live stage theater that is run by friends of ours (Roger and Heidi Merrill). The quality of theater they offer is unbelievable. West Yellowstone offers shops that are a bit more affordable than Jackson Hole and still offer that westerny feel one is longing for in this area. Also close by is Island Park. We personally owned a cabin there for a few years (regret deeply selling it) and you can rent stunning cabins there for a fraction of the cost of Jackson. Still spendy, but doable. Ruth mentioned dog sled races. These take place in Ashton Idaho in the late winter (February) and are amazing!  What I felt watching Ruth's story was so much gratitude for my home, the region I live in and being able to just feel her love of this area made me stop and think of all that I am blessed with here. If you are religious as I am, we are also blessed to have many LDS temples here. They are stunning to look at and the grounds around them offer free tours to attend. It is always fun to learn about what the local's lives are like and certainly the LDS culture is something to at least familiarize yourself with in this area. Thank you Ruth. I love Idaho, I love being close to Jackson WY, and Yellowstone and all the beauty that God has blessed me with here. You reminded me of how much I love it here. My husband brought me here 36 years ago as he accepted his first teaching job. We were broke back then, but Idaho allowed us to purchase our first home only 6 weeks after we were married. We welcomed 8 children into our lives and we've been very happy here. Ruth, you are so beautiful and your family is amazing! Thank you for sharing your beautiful story!

Ruth looks so comfortable and in her element in the mountains. Great episode!

I think you and your husband are
precious.  I love that you chose a second home where it is cold. Here on WV , everyone wants a second home in Florida. I love so many things in your home, but the fox picture is so good. I am sure you have worked extremely hard for your second home. I think people are just so sensitive to the plight of the people in NC , Florida and California who have lost their homes.  It really makes us appreciate our little cottage house that started out as a fishing cottage in the thirties.  I hope to watch the video with your PA home. I love that your family can enjoy this home with you. ❤❤❤

Honesly  I love this woman, such lovely human.

She is just Darling!!!! Soooo Warm and friendly could visit with her forever!!! God Bless You and your Beautiful Family!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

What a fun episode. I loved the house tour. It is warm, cozy and looks like a perfect vacation home. 😊

That's the only way to make hot chocolate (the packets scare me. lol) A dash of salt offsets the sweetness. And a bit of cinnamon is nice too. Enjoy!

I just ordered your book. I can’t wait to receive it. You both inspire me so much to keep creating  a warm and loving home for my family and friends. Thank you so much for the content.

I love this content ! I love Ruth and her generosity
