Working in rural set up under the dumbasses with no knowledge…..they escape their works whenever possible and want all the benefits from without really working … don’t or never do mistake doing govt for pg seat is worst …study hard crack neet earn your degree that respect hits different
Sir , can you bring in more interventional radiologists , medical genetics etc please and elaborate more on that field . The content in YouTube in that field is exhaustive
0:28 Trust me guys.. whatever they are saying it's true. I am preparing for Neetpg since 4 years.. my exam is on 30 aug. It's very competitive and after pg speciality branches are also saturated. And saturation is increasing day by day. I spent 50 lakh on my mbbs and getting job of 25k in hospitals in any hospital.. how is that salary even justifiable.
I just know one thing after doing engeneering a government can bring companies to india to increase employment or you have atleast option to freely move to any country. In case of doctors to increase employment will government ask people to fall ill so that we can have employment? And unlike engeneering we can't easily move to any country our stream is so restricted in exams that for planning to move in any country we have to plan atleast 4-5 years ahead because of complex pathways. Please don't fall in trap of mbbs. 😢
Work hard, the world is moving fast, always keep upskilling yourself, be relevant, connect with your patients, do that degree give that exam, pursue excellence . Everything is saturated don't get negative . Do a rural posting and see the dearth of good doctors outside a city . Or even inside a city . Think big, think of establishing a high standard of care. Keep your goals patient oriented money will come . Try to be the best version of yourself . Everything is saturated that's how it's supposed to be in a country like India . But I feel like we are obsessing over saturation way too much these days . You should focus on what you are bringing to the table and not on what's already there .
They dont bother about number or quality of doctors, they are jus busy collecting money with both hands in name of pvt medical colleges before AI takes over . Look at increase seat matrix for this year less than 1000 govt seats increased wheras 9000 pvt seats added. Even in case in later years if few of these pvt colleges shut due to lack of compliances , they will already will be playing in billions by that time
