ONE FIRE | The enduring legacy of Theosophy and Helena Blavatsky | FULL DOCUMENTARY | 2025

ONE FIRE - A Film on Theosophy and H.P. Blavatsky

150 years ago, Helena Blavatsky and Henry Steel Olcott co-founded the Theosophical Society, a movement seeking to unite East and West, science and soul. Today, the Theosophical Society honors this milestone with ONE FIRE, a new documentary directed by Terhi Ahava.

ONE FIRE is not a chronicle of the Theosophical movement’s history. Instead, it invites viewers on a journey through the enduring impact of Theosophy across the arts, music, science, education, and politics. The film illuminates how Blavatsky’s masterpiece The Secret Doctrine continues to inspire, revealing striking parallels with modern physics and timeless truths that transcend culture, religion, and science.

In an age of fragmentation, ONE FIRE reminds us of the eternal wisdom that bridges past and future, mysticism and science, soul and cosmos.

For the most immersive experience, we invite you to watch ONE FIRE with headphones and set the video quality manually to 2160p 4K — so you can fully enter the spiritual sound world and visual depth we created for this film.

ONE FIRE is not only artistically beautiful, but also deeply educational and illuminating. From the history of Theosophy, to its influence on art and music, and its profound message of universal brotherhood — everything is presented with genuine love. Thank you for creating a work that lights both the mind and the heart.

This film is not only a wonderful tribute to the Theosophical Society and to those that have dedicated their lives to the Truth, but also a powerful instrument to convey a beautiful and compelling message to all those that come upon it

Perfect timing for this beautiful film & it's message! Many now feel that we are embarking on this time of remembering. Let's all hold the light of the fire within & radiate!

They tried to groom Jiddu Krishnamurti to be the world teacher and Christ but he dissolved the order of the star that he was supposed to lead and said that truth is a pathless land and went his own way and out of the theosophical society. Takes a great man to give that all up, he gave talks around the world for the rest of his life and had a profound intelligence.

I’m here after a deep searching i started reading the Ethiopian Bible and Nag Hammati Scrolls, the wisdom of Thoth, and other sacred texts. I was reading when I saw this society mentioned, and I instantly knew Theosophical Society had to be in correlation to the Sophia or Sophia pistis and the knowledge hidden from the world under the guise of religion. I’ve had beliefs for years, intuitions and thoughts on theology that never aligned with one specific religion, but once I started on this journey, everything just made sense. Things I knew and believed were being revealed. It was like confirmation of this internal knowing I’ve had my entire life. I have this internal quench like my thirst for truth cannot be satisfied. I battle with thinking it may be remembrance, but then, if I am a part of the great I am, the light of divinity, I’ve already been her, and them, and we were all her and you, and me, together then, and still, now. ✨

Terhi Ahava has created a beautiful film which interweaves the eternal truths at the heart of theosophy through its 150 year history, and which traces the world wide influence of the society, not least in spiritual thought, art, music and education. Well done!

The essence of theosophy is captured so beautifully in this film. Not only do the voices of the past speak to us once again it shows time isn’t linear. Tehri has given us all a gift to the world. For me this was the story of India and theosophical movement. Thank you for this gift to us all.

Absolutely inspiring. This movie delivers a beautifully-crafted journey through ideas that continue to resonate in today’s world.

The filmmakers have done a remarkable job of weaving historical depth with living relevance.

For anyone curious about the hidden threads of spiritual unity, human evolution, and the timeless call to serve, this documentary is a gem. It left me with a sense of connectedness and wonder.

Thank you for creating something so meaningful!

Wow. I am intensely moved 🙏❤

To Terhi Ahava and the entire team: thank you for producing this stunning tribute. For those of us who have loved Theosophy for years, this film is a powerful reminder of the very reason we serve. The sheer energy and truth of the message resonates deeply and draws out our love for the Theosophical Society.

The visuals and music were wonderful, and I particularly enjoyed the focus on Theosophy's impact on science, art and music. The movie chose the essential, enduring threads of the Theosophical movement and omitted the noise. It feels honest, true and focused.

In this age of fragmentation, ONE FIRE is an inspiring, heartfelt attempt to tell the Theosophical story to the world at large and it succeeds brilliantly.

FINALY, a documental about Theosopphy as it deserves. Im from Argentina, Im psichologist and writter, and during long years Ive studied HPB's legacy.
indeed, my nickname as a writter (Ivansky), is a humble tribute to the teosophical society. My first and mean book ("Ishmana's descent"), is inspired on teoshopical antropogenesis
I deeply apreciate this video. I send my most respecfull regard to the international Teosophical Society.
