Davy, please when it comes to painting, please get professional decorators. I see so many projects in the village, where I am impressed with the work that is done  but  when you get a closer look at the painting finishing, it is disappointing. I can paint and decorate and I'm very good at it and you'll never come to my home and find a sloppy finish. My lines are straight and I never go over the edges. If your painters are unable to do a neat finish, advise them to use masking tape and not put too much paint on the brush.
