1- لو السواق زود الاجرة علي الزبون ... اه ممكن ده يعمل تاخير فباقي رحلات اليوم والي ممكن احله باني اخسم منه لو اليوم ممشيش علي 1440ج لكن مهو ممكن ميهموش الخصم لان الفلوس الجانبية اكتر ... بمعني لو فاليوم 144 رحلة في 10 ج = 1440 طب لو هوا زود 5 جنيه علي كل رحلة يعني هيطلع كل يوم ب720 ده لو زود 5 بس طبعا ! ، بالتالي يجي اخر الشهر معاه حوالي 20 الف جنيه علي حسابي انا ! ومش هقدر اعمل شيء ... حل المشكلة دي من وجهت نظري اعرف السوق واعرف اقل واعلي اجرة رحلة فالمنطقة دي واخلي كل الرحلات علي متوسط السعر والخسارة في عدد الفلوس عليه بالكامل والزيادة بالنص ( يعني لو افترضنه اقل رحلة ب10 واعلي رحلة ب20 يبقا هنحسبها علي 15 لانه مش هيقدر يقول للزبون اكتر من 20 اصلا ومش فكل الرحلات ففي رحلات كتير هتمشي علي 10 زي مفي رحلات هتمشي علي 20 بالتالي صافي الفلوس اخر اليوم تقريبا هيكون علي المتوسط ) طبعا فحالة انه قل عن المتوقع بيتخصم من رتبه بالكامل الفرق يعني مثلا لو قلنه 144 رحلة في 15 جنيه يبقا 2160 لو جالي منه فاليوم ده 2000 بس يبقا خصم عليه 160 جنيه من اخر الشهر ( يقدر يعوض الفلوس دي لو اشتغل وقت زيادة عن 12 ساعة فاليوم يعني اسلمه التكت من 7 الي 7 لو حب يجي بدري اخره 6 عشان المشاكل بدري ! ولو حب يتاخر اخره 10 عشان المشاكل بليل ... يبقا معاه حوالي 4 ساعات بره حسبتي اصلا يقدر يعوض فيهم ولو جاب مثلا فيهم 80 من الفلوس هوافق بمعني ال4 ساعات دول المفروض يجيب فيهم 720 ج فلو جبلي 600 تمام مش مشكلة ومش هدقق لان ده وقت اضافي اصلا فلازم اسبله مصلحه بس ابقا مفهمه ده عشان ميفكرش انه بيعملها علي افايه ... بمعني هقوله ال3~4 ساعات دول انا عايز فيهم رقم ( مثلا 500 ) والباقي بتاعك + لو عليك خصم فاليوم نفسه ( الي هوا يعني ال12 ساعة جاب فيهم 1000 بدل 1440 ) هينشال الخصم من عليك مدام في حدود ال500 جنيه ! ( ده رئي )
2- الوقت ! بمعني انت حسبت 5 دقايق للرحلة لكن محسبتش لو ملقاش زبون فمن الظلم اني اقول فالساعة 12 رحلة وفاليوم 144 رحلة ! لان ممكن يوم ميكنش فيه 144 ويوم يكون فيه اكتر من 144 فانا شايف ان المنطقة برضو يتعامل معاها بالمتوسط بمعني اشوف اطول رحلة واقصر رحلة واشوف عدد الرحلات غالبا بيكون من انهي نوع يعني اكترهم من الرحل المتوسطة الطويلة ولا المتوسطة القصيرة ولا اي ؟ لان ده بيحدد سعر الرحلة كمان ووقتها ! فلو افترضت ان الرحلة بتترواح بين 5 الي 15 دقيقة فالمنطقة المحددة استنادا علي سعر الرحلة بين 10 الي 20 جنيه الي قلته سابقا ، فمتوسط 10 دقائق للرحلة يعني فالساعة 6 رحلات ولازم اديله رحلة ونص ضيعه كل ساعة انا اه هطلب منه ترجت محدد وهوا 4.5 رحلة فالساعة يعني54 رحلة فاليوم لكن برضو ممكن احدد بده مرتبه عشان ميستهبلش يعني ممكن اقول مرتبك 4500 ولو كملت رقم معين ( الي هوا بيعادل 6 رحلات فالساعة يعني شغل كامل ) هيزيد مرتبك ل6000 وده الترجت بتاعك ( يعني ال 4.5 رحلة مش خصم ولكن هوا يفهم كده بقا ) .
وبصراحه مش لاقي لدي حل لاني مش هقدر اعرف لو هوا واقف بمزاجه ولا في زحمة ولا مش لاقي زبون لاني مش موجود معاه ودي ترجع لضمير الراجل والترجت والمكفئة الي هدهاله علي عدد الزباين فاليوم ( طبعا مقدرش اعقبه لو عدد الزباين كامل بس كلهم من بتوع الرحلات القصيرة لان برضو الرحلة القصيرة وقتها قليل زي مفلسها قليلة فبتجيب نفس الرقم ... رحلة 15 دقيقة ب20 جنيه اقل ربح من 3 رحلات 5 دقايق ب10 جنيه اصلا ).
