8:39 Isn't that a change made for the Mafia 1 remake? I belive that in the 2002 version the cigars are just a cover for diamonds.

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Decade 😂 it’s over 20 years old

Love the video man and found ur channel back random chance, I was gonna say I felt a difference in my game when I was playing the console version and pc version of the games, I had got a bundle thing for all mafia’s plus their definitive Editions and gotta say their console version felt wayyyyyyy smoother Mafia 1 Definitive edition was the first I tried on console and I personally had no problems with any of them until 3 which I played last but for 2 definitive edition game was great and it crashed once with my luck BUT THE PC VERSIONS FELTTT DIFFERENT THEY WERE BUGGY, I don’t know what happened or what’s up but it just felt off on pc. Low this video tho 🔥

Switch port of 1 or 2 would be cool

Maybe because I'm 7 year older then you...but I didn't mind the controls of the original mafia after tweaking it a bit. I actually liked the realistic difficulty of the game, for me that made it exciting...but I am also more of an assassin /sniper type of gamer...I take my time and be cautious...taking everyone out one at the time. The driving....I liked the realism...but i didn't like the distance u needed to travel...which made it a chore.

Btw. I laughed when u told that u had to walk because the car broke.... u can steal cars u know....Ralph taught u that for a reason.

The mafia series IMO is better than gta every time I go back to play any of them it’s like watching my favorite movie

Mafia Definitive Edition play only on classic Difficulty.

Sick and tired of ppl hating on mafia 3 that game was good. Yall can’t tell me the story wasn’t as engaging like the first 2

I cant believe it's been 4 years already since Mafia Definitive Edition came out I completed it when it came out and again last month after The Old Country trailer came out

Fun is subjective. Mafia 1 was a great and fun game. I played it on ps2. I can’t speak for the PC version since I never played it. I played it back in 2004 when I was 15 and I loved it. But most younger people hate this game and that’s fine

mafia 4 (the old country) is releasing in 2025 and its a prequel to the first mafia game

Lpl there is a red box outside the supermarket next to my house and it's always been there so I've never really been exposed to how much it's died out besides hearing everyone else say so

It's possible I'm in the minority here but from a young age I've always preferred to switch the movement keys to the arrow keys. I played the original Mafia at 4 years old and it's actually my first video game ever. I played it on my dad's computer, same with GTA 3 and Max Payne 1. Take my advice and you'll have a much better time, arrow keys for movement, cntrl key for crouching, enter for action button, right click for jumping, left click for shooting and the "I" key for inventory. Everything else is pretty much up to you but those are the essentials for an easier playing experience. Also make use of tapping when shooting. You almost never wanna hold the shooting button down or use rapid fire because the way the game handles it is just awful.

I've come here to say the Don wants to say thank you for reviewing this trilogy. It's an offer you can't refuse

I respect your opnion on the OG Mafia 1 even though I couldn't disagree more. I grew up with it alongside max payne and the old Hitman games like Blood money and contracts so it has a special place in my heart. Regarding the controls, yeah they felt horrible when I first started it but I got used to it and their point was to be realistic which in turn made it immersive. Same with the traffic/police simulation. Yeah it might not be fun in the traditional sense of the word, but I found it fun because I felt immersed in the shoes of Tommy. The shooting was pretty hard and needed you to be very precise. Managing the recoil on the guns and still hitting your target was part of the challenge and the checkpoints in some of the missions were absoulutely brutal. I will have it no other way though because it simulated the feeling of Tommy being an average joe surving daring shootouts believable and immersive. Sam and Paulie would also die so many times causing mission failure which was infuriating. Ofcourse when I completed a level after dying numerous times, it felt very rewarding. Either way, nice video.
