I need Vlog ideas!! lol

bro, rule #1 is NEVER buy property with an HOA. NEVER.

Nikko why don't we just go raid the HOA's house

Become the hoa president and promptly send out letters to every home with a refferrendum to disband the hoa.

15:00 Nikko saw lawyers flash before his eyes.

Simple, turn house into steel fortress and have garage match. HOA stands for Hypocrits On Acid

well well well nikko and his "assistant" doing some shopping

Nikko: makes joke “what’s in the bag lady”

Ali: commits felony brandishing

"We throw rocks and think about.. baginas"
-Nikkos undercover boss
2026 😂❤

Ally just casually whippin out the blick 🤣

She really said “it ain’t illegal if there are no cops around”.

"I may not be rich but I can afford all the fines." Nah that's tuff fr 😂

Just whipped that shit out in the parking lot 🤣🤣 Hell yeah

That deep sigh after Nikko says now there's 3 karens , Ally was thinking what have I gotten in myself into?😂😂

9:07 "im gonna go violate that right now by doing donuts in my front yard" you got the hoa mad with that one nikko🤣

Never live in a HOA neighborhood.

Nikko is gonna be the HOA's biggest nightmare 😂

Fuck HOA’s Nikko. They serve no useful purpose whatsoever. All they are is groups for stay at home moms and dads to get together, and make other peoples’ lives as miserable as theirs.

If the HOA is newly formed, I see no reason to take part in it. My neighbors started an hoa after we had moved in, tried to fine us with stuff until we got the cops to tell them to leave us alone

3:22 we do be throwing rocks
