Best deck by far.

1. Spies/decoys for days
2. Best faction bonus (re-draw extra card after round victory
3. Foltest Siegmaster leader ability

Just put every single spy and decoy into your deck then try to draw as many of the spies as you can. Then it's basically impossible to loose

The unicorn stare at the beginning killed me 🤣 Thanks for the video!

What is really strong about N.R. faction is that one of the main weaknesses can be corrected with the leader ability (clear weather). However, N.R. is pretty sensitive against heavy medic decks, which can be countered with decoys

I know I'm late getting here but I found this really helpful, thank you!

If you're here trying to figure out how to beat the guy in Vizima - he is heavily melee focused, with some heavy hitting ranged too. So load up on seige, biting frost (to kill off his melee) and either use Foltest defensively with Clear Weather, or offensively with Fog. If you're able to draw out his heavy hitting melee in the first round for minimal points then pass and get a card advantage, he's on the back foot and you just need to play siege with the right weather cards.

healer card is something to be mentioned as well. you can draw out the enemy's scorch card with some high point value tight bond cards, then heal them both with the healer. You can decoy the healer and use it again.

My deck is 24 cards total. 2 decoy and 22 play cards. I almost always play my whole deck in 2 turns. NR is crazy overpowered.

That’s what we need

I know its been years since you made this series but would still love for you to finish your 101 series with the skeillige deck

I think a full fledged monster deck can be difficult to beat with a northern realms deck. Even with the biting frost weather card their closed combat unit is nothing to scoff at. With sheer numbers they keep increasing their points.
