Feeling emotionally exhausted from constantly holding everything together? This gentle Reiki session is created to help you slow down, release some of the emotional weight you’ve been carrying, and give yourself permission to simply rest and receive.

You don’t have to solve everything today. You don’t have to keep pushing. For these next few moments, allow yourself to put down what feels heavy and simply be.

If this session brought you comfort, I'd love for you to subscribe, like this video, and share it with someone who may need a little extra kindness today.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your healing journey.

Blessings,
Peggy and Loki
