That chef was frickin awesome. Hilarious and you can tell definitely a master of his craft.

First honest wagyu farm video ive ever seen. Everyone always denies feeding them alcohol feed etc and wont show them the pens etc etc. these dudes just showed everything.

That cow is worth more than me, it literally has it’s own bodyguard.

Vegan teacher would have a heart attack watching this

I said stop!!😧

I love how respectful and nice the contestants were after Nick won the Auction. I bet in most auctions in the world that would've been different.

This video is basically a horror movie by Indian standards

Nick my daughter had A5 Japanese wagyu nigiri for her 11th birthday. She loved it and wished you said happy birthday. She said you are her favorite YouTuber and wished to meet you but I know you are way too busy. Her name is Julia. I love your videos too. Thanks for taking your time to read this comment even though you probably won’t. But I hope if everyone one of your fans gets this to the top you will see. Thanks!

I am so comforted to know that all auctioneers talk like that. No matter the language.

first of all, NICK IS 6'3 ???!!

9:18 literally your first instinct, and then just getting your hand shook by every competitor. Japan is great

6:25 he said " holly cow" in front of cows😂

I love Chef Hama, that energy is contagious

why is nobody talking about the fact he told nick "thats good you can stop now" and Nick was so excited he missed it and just kept going til the timer expired and the guys face was like "this dude payed so much for this

ニックの日本についての動画は日本人の私でも知らないことを届けてくれるのでとても楽しんで視聴しています。

I really enjoy watching Nick's videos about Japan because he teaches me things that even I, as a Japanese person, don't know.

This video was so interesting in so many ways. First as a prior cattle grower, a lot of cattle in Bourbon country is fed "distillers grain". The grains that are left over from making bourbon, which is similar to what they feed their cattle, except for the Sake of course.  I used to make a grain run once a week. Secondly, as a grill master, it amazes me at how many people still by steaks with bone in. That just jacks up the price for nothing but a doggie treat. Just buy tenderloin or strip and fore go the bone.  If I ever win the lottery, I want a steak from the 12:53 moment in the video. WOW, just Wow. GREAT video on the from hoof to table.

Chef Hama gives off OG 1990's Iron Chef vibes. I can not express how much I simply adore this.

You've put a lot of work in this video, Nick, and you've delivered so much value and information not accessible to ordinary folks like us. Thank you!!

That chef is wonderful. Basically perfect english, so much personality, great sense of humor, and a master of his craft!
