hi everyone! quick update: the grand finale at 30:23 got a copyright claim, so it's having to be muted. also i think that means they get all the money :,) cool cool system. even still, thank you all for watching! :) but i do have a patreon, so if you're feeling generous and have the means to, i would really appreciate a little extra help :)

what makes the fishsticks joke even more genius on South Park's part is the fact that that Kanye is a rapper. his whole persona is built on how well he can write clever word play; he of all people should get the joke, highlighting the extent of his ego's fragility.

The funniest moment in that entire episode is when Cartman shouts "Dude! It's Puff Daddy" when Kanye storms into the room.

I will never get over the fact how, just like in the South Park episode, Kanye really just... does NOT get the joke even decades later. The writers sure know how to read someone, huh

"Autism doesn't make you predisposed to harbor hatred in your heart, the only thing it make you predisposed to is loving Sonic." What a wild and true statement.

It is so refreshing to just watch a documentary about something on YouTube without being constantly bombarded by in video ads and begging for subscribers and likes. Keep up the good work.

South Park should do one where Kanye needs more land in his gay fish relationship. He builds a “not sea”. Then miscommunication with everyone “I like not seas”

Excuse me mr video essay guy I was not expecting to be attacked in this video lmao.

I JUST made a joke about South Park’s gay fish joke being what started Kanye’s downfall like two days ago 🤣

Showing up to the Oscars high on acid and wearing dresses is so fucking iconic

Imagine some alternate reality where Kanye got the joke and voiced a song in the show as the gay fish.

we call em fish fingers over here. i don't know why i felt the need to share that.

It's wild how Fishsticks came out 16 years ago and it's only gotten more relevant.

dude's statement back in 2009 was more mature than anything he said in the past decade

The way they can totally rip someone to shreds in 20 seconds, then do two 22-24 minute episodes on this guy, was legendary. And even in real life Kanye is literally the only person on the planet who doesn’t get this joke. Which makes all this even funnier.
