I had to pick up some books I'd designed from Putney and since it was close by, I went to Jackson's Art in Fulham and bought a few art supplies! Come browse the shop with me and see what I came home with – gouache, pencils and paper! A really tiny art haul!

Thank you for this video👍🏾👏🏾. I too am not a fan of spiral bound sketchbooks. I am self taught and started drawing and painting last year. I started off with Seawhite of Brighton cartridge sketchbooks. Now that I have a bit more experience I want to move onto good quality paper for watercolours and upgrade my cheap brushes which lose their bristles😅. Any suggestions please? As I do get overwhelmed by the variety of brushes and paper when I visit art shops.

Last year, I made the decision to visit the other branch in London, which is much, much smaller. At least I was able to get me a Roman Szmal orange that had been out of stock online for the longest time. Will visit again in September and Putney Bridge it is! Qor is great is great if you love exploding paints that travel really well in water.

Their customer service is horrible. I dont buy from them. So arrogant. And they are not cheap at all(!).. there are plenty of other places to buy.

A video I have missed...I love Jacksons, I spend way too much money with them, lol!! I chuckled when you said you were too short to reach the top shelves....at only 5 foot myself, I know what you mean!! Luckily My husband is 6 foot 2, and is good at reaching for me!! Lovely haul, I really want to try W&N gouache, am I right in thinking you can use water to re-wet that particular type o the paint!!?? Have a lovely week!!xx

QoR is my happy place! They flow excessively and bully other paints out of the way...I love them and use them to create unpredictable abstracts.

Why oh why, are art supplies so hard to resist! Thank you for the tour, lovely cozy place there. I have to mention you have so cute tiny hands, the pencils look so huge 😂 I have to ask you the matt pencil, was it Pitt or Pritt? The video was not close enough to the pencil to read

I love art supply stores!!! I need to go to a good one soon! I have a set of 24 of the QOR watercolors, they’re nice, but I still prefer Daniel Smith.

Nice to see inside the store, thanks for the tour! It's the other end of London to me too, so I've only shopped online with them. I feel a day out is needed to go down there in the new year, after payday!

This looks like an art store in Boston, MA!! Unfortunately they’re closed now, but watching you go through this store brought back some good memories for me!! 😅😊
