Yes, it most probably would, if it converts into estrogen through any mechanism. Like extra exogenous testosterone always aromatizes into estrogen. Estrogen is the primary reason why girls stop growing in early ages. So if estrogen levels rise, it might cause premature growth-plate fusion.
Some other steroids like Anavar or other DHT derived ones, can potentially increase height a little, but they usually are not taken alone as they would shut your natural testosterone and cause other hormonal issues. So for height, HGH still remains the holy grail, though some scientists have tried HGH therapy with anavar for short amount of time with good results. Risky, but have worked under medical supervision.
Next question, does steroid makes you infertile? If you abuse it for a long period of time, without breaks, there is a chance it can permanently stop production of sperm cells and make you infertile. But most of the time anecdotally and statistically observed it's reverisible and sperm production catches up in a few months after discontinuation.
Finally, answering the question ki dono actors mein se kisne liya hai steroids? Frankly speaking, in my opinion, pretty much every actor takes as a part of their professional requirement. But in this case, we have proof ki Ranbir Kapoor has taken performance enhancing drugs (which is usually taken with steroids), as he himself confessed .
