So Mitch thought up this document on a warm summer evening as he strolled down a Las Vegas sidewalk? God bless him. I love this man. Head and shoulder above the rest; truly a man of God.

Permits are just corrupt maneuvers to put money into politicians pockets.

until property taxes are totally and completely eliminated forever ; there is completely no reason to buy any type of property that can be taken away from you !!! if you can't completely own it you don't own it ; it's still the government's property to take at their discretion !! 🤬🤬🤬

When we built 2 homes in Florida, we had to get permits for everything on the house, and inspections. The slab floor, the plumbing, the roof, the electric, the septic tank, it was crazy. Then we moved to the midwest. No permits, no inspections, no contractors. We only had to get a permit for a septic tank.

Home prices need to be within reach of the average working family. Get rid of real estate investing!

Real estate was overpriced long before COVID any price reduction now is not going to matter unless it is a very drastic price reduction , it's just not going to matter .

In the eighties, in Austin, there was a real estate crash. My neighbor was sent to prison, and his house foreclosed. I called the bank and offered 10 thousand for the house. The houses in the neighborhood were running about 80K for reference. The bank said bring us the money, and the house is yours. I told another neighbor friend of mine that I was going to get the cash. He talked about this over dinner at his house. His daughter dated a drug dealer. Next thing I knew, I had him as my neighbor. Like, that fast. Moral. It is coming to exactly that scenario. The "drug dealers" have the cash. Lesson. Keep your mouth shut. Lesson 2. Have the cash and be patient. For most people, if you buy now, you will regret it. Save your money.
