Thank you for always watching! 😊

This time, we have reviews from 30 people who moved into municipal, prefectural, or public housing complexes.

"The rent is cheap, but..."

What goes in that "..."?

We asked them about things they learned after moving in, and things they wished they had known before moving in.

If you have any stories about what happened in your housing complex,
please share them in the comments! 😊

*The content presented is based solely on individual experiences.

*Rent determination, income criteria, application conditions for singles, and costs upon moving out vary greatly depending on the municipality and housing complex.
Please be sure to check with the housing department of your city hall or prefecture.
