I love how he would get the last question wrong if they spelled the bends correctly. As the condition is due to nitrogen, not oxygen. In fact oxygen is used to prevent and treat the bends.

Doug getting the final answer correct but for the wrong reason is very poetic to the kind of streamer he is 😂

Fun fact about the second question, it also depends on the water the sharks are in. Salt water is less oxygen rich, so most big sharks have to move continuously. However, in brackish (or fresh, if they can survive it) water, most sharks can stop swimming because of the higher oxygen content.

Technically speaking you could get him on a technicallity that not all oceans are on earth thus making this very confusing to answer any question about Ozeans.

I was stoned and anxious lmao I could have worded that better

I think Doug should have Unix time code in the corner so we know how bad his videos are delayed.

17:38 Dougdoug was accidentally correct triple negative "There are no seas that do not have at least one land border" = "0 seas without land border" = saying false to that means "There are seas without land border"

15:32 - "do oceans have teeth?"

well, they werent 'originally' from the ocean, but if a shark gets a tooth knocked out, Where Else would it go?

yay dog dog

surprised no one brought up the fact that dolphins are ungulates and also seemingly no one made up a true-sounding fact completely like the weight of the largest tuna or something

If the force of dolphin ejaculate could kill you, I feel like the young woman who worked in the dolphin house would not have survived…

Last question he got wrong. I thought it was gonna be a trick question, since its NITROGEN turning into gas bubbles that cause it.

unfun fact, the blobfish looks like that because of the "bends" effect on it's body.

There is an immortal jellyfish which theoretically has an infinite lifespan. When injured, starving, or aging, it can just fully restart its life cycle using transdifferentiation, also known as lineage reprogramming, and then clones itself. This can theoretically go on forever, but disease and predators are still capable of destroying it.

The fish suit stays on during the act.

Yes! My daily dose of Doug Slop.

The accompanying snake oh ahs were what really elevated this to the next level.

I like how I discover a new Doug channel every now and then as a monthly viewer...

I remember thinking dougdoug just had a bunch of channels before realizing they are fan made.

Fun fact: the cavitation bubble caused by the mantis shrimp "punch" briefly reaches the temperature of the sun.
