In this video I explain what the different settings like bake, roast, dehydrate, air fry, max crisp and reheat on your air fryer are for and when to use them. I can’t believe the manual for this thing didn’t explain ANYTHING about different fan speeds for different modes. Thank you for explaining the fan speed differences.

You can also use the dehydrate setting to keep food warm at 60c while finishing other things.
