I own a 450mt and watched out of curiosity, now I want my 5 minutes back

"This bike is crap - the ergonomics don't fit my body". I would say your conclusion is crap.

I think the real issue is between the handlebars and the seat

I don’t blame you for recording this in the dark. At least the mood is consistent with the message.

it's clear you don't know what you are talking about... You say nothing except that the riding position is not comfortable and you are not willing to adjust it because this is a brand new bike? wtf? suspensions, seats, pegs etc are adjustable for this exact reason, they build the bike for the average body and then you adjust it to your liking. This is either rage bait video for clicks or something hit you in the head. The bike is amazing for what it was designed for. It the best in the market for it's class. Everything on it is unbelievable value except for the fueling up 3.5k rpms ( because of euro 5 , can be fixed with ECU flash)

I test rode this bike at the dealership and went for a 30 minute ride in back roads and highway. A week later, I had one and re-learning how to ride  after 10 year hiatus.

As the owner of a new CF Moto 450MT, I agree with pretty much everyone because they all disagree with you.

If the bike is uncomfortable it doesn't make it crap, it just means you picked the wrong bike for you.

I'm afraid every human being is different. We're not all the same.  If you don't like it, fair enough. But I think your headline, "this bike is crap" is way over the top and obviously   intended towards getting as many views as possible. Stirring things up as one would say.

You can't stand there and say the bike is crap when the bike does not suite/fit your body. Its like being 7 foot and saying a ferrari is crap because I can't fit in it. Good lord your not a teenager act your age

Platform. That’s the word a lot of us use. The delivered bike is a great place to start . I’ve seen some dress the bike up in full touring spec, hard paniers, big screens all the way to stripped down rally machines. There is such a volume out in the world now and accessories being released all the time. I’d rather customise my affordable 450 than buy a bike double the price with less options. It’s your platform. Your canvas . Be creative and share your experience with the community and we will all celebrate together

9/10 of owners say is a fun bike
Zero issues
I have this bike
I pay it with my money
Best bike for the money of the 500cc category
There isn't a better 500cc bike yet better than cf moto 450

I have never owned a bike in my life that didn't come with a full air drop of accessories to fix fit, comfort, protection etc.  Every bike I've owned needed a seat, including $15k+ bikes. Every bike needed bark busters, a bash plate, crash bars, foot pegs, every single one.  I'm 6'5", I would love a bike that just worked for me without alteration, they simply do not exist.

Great video. I think the entire industry makes them so you have to fix them. Never giving the consumer quite what we want. Although this bike comes with what many have been asking for it just doesn't quite hit the mark. Human nature makes us hear only what we want, afterwords we all feel like we just got our shit pushed in. It's been a long five years of shopping for that unicorn and I just don't see it yet. Happy trails.

Thx for your Video. And the unexpected conclusion! Enjoy this fun bike!

You are absolutely correct this is not a finished bike but a platform that needs to be extended or perfected by endless upgrades after purchasing it.If you start riding it from the word go without any upgrades you will feel like something is missing!

Great underrated video!

I totally get the points you made. When paying decent coin for a brand new bike, it should already be rideable for the average motorcyclist without spending another cent. It's good that you test-rode it before purchasing  because many a mistake is made by buying a bike without riding it at all and based purely on youtube/ social media recommendations.

the man speaks beautifully. Really philosophical. It's a platform, a motorcycle that you adapt to faster, easier...or not at all. And then you have to work on this engine. A different saddle, a different handlebar, shock absorbers with a different stroke, different springs on the front.....I like him.

Thanks for the entertainment thats the funniest watch ive had in a while and needed it - the comments are gold !! 😂

You have to view everything in relation to the cost of that motorcycle. Is there an ideal alternative at that price point? I don't think so. At that price, it is reasonable to expect a bike that isn't top-tier in quality, yet is good considering the cost. You would need to spend more, but even then, you would find better bikes that still come with their own flaws to address.
