YouTube removed three videos from my channel under the generic justification of "violation of privacy," without indicating which part of the content caused the problem, what information was exposed, or even at what point in the videos the alleged violation occurred.
Given the lack of clarification, I filed a lawsuit requesting precisely that: that the platform objectively inform me of the reason for the removals or, alternatively, reinstate the videos.
During the course of the process, YouTube presented its defense and finally indicated specifically which element violated privacy and the exact minute in which it appears in the video. In other words, the main purpose of the lawsuit was achieved: to obtain a clear and concrete explanation for the removal of the content. In this live stream, I will explain what happened in the process and why I consider that the initial request was granted.
