I love your brain massage videos

Hello, Bothy.  I hope this comment finds you well.  It wouldn't be a Mike gaming weekend without some new Bothy playing in my ears at the same time and I can't begin to tell you how happy it makes me.  As always, thank you for all that you do.  :_clanbothy::_bothyheart::_clanbothy:

Hi Bothy, thank you for your lovely videos. I always look forward to watching them on a Sunday night before bed. Love the lighting you have gone for! Its like a cozy fairyland. ❤

Hi Bothy!🤗
Thank you for your lovely welcome. Seeing you wrapped up in your hoodie looks so cozy that I'm already looking forward to going to bed and snuggling under my duvet too. 😁 I was taking deep breaths so honestly that when I exhaled and looked at the scented candle next to me, I almost blew it out! 😅 Of course, the sleeve sounds are TOP tier as always!

As for the weighted blanket, I've never actually tried one myself, but I've read that it's incredibly pleasant. They say it gives you that warm feeling of safety, almost like being held in a hug. With the cold weather you mentioned, it must be the perfect combination for falling asleep. 🤗🥰

By the way, you talked about putting on your favorite movies, but paradoxically, just watching a show or trying to passively relax like that doesn't really help me. I have such a strong train of thought that the moment I have a bit of free space, it completely consumes me. On the contrary, it helps me to overload my brain to over 100% and do something where I have to think intensely. I like filling out IQ tests, solving various mysteries, or doing mechanical puzzles, like writing a story and things like that – basically anything that forces me to think even more. That way, I just "overwhelm" the bad thoughts with activity. And on top of all that, I still manage to listen to your ASMR, so I perceive everything at once. I guess I'm a bit weird! 😅🐲

The sounds of that "massage" are so incredibly pleasant to listen to that my eyes are literally closing. But I need to stay awake for another 3 hours to finish some work for tomorrow! So I'm going to loop the video and keep it on as background noise. I hope your hands won't hurt from that 3-hour massage, but I'm definitely going to enjoy it. And right after that, I'll put on one of your book readings. I can't wait for Christmas already – I'm looking forward to putting on your Christmas bedtime story about Santa and the reindeer on Christmas Eve. 🫎

Anyway, thank you so much for this video, I really enjoyed your lovely chitchat, and I wish you a beautiful evening and the rest of the week. I'm thinking of you, so take good care of yourself, and most importantly, don't forget to eat properly! Have a wonderful time. 🐲💜💚

Pure perfection❤

Hi, Bothy! This came at the perfect time as I am very anxiety-ridden right now and trying to calm down... I hope you're doing well. ❤

I have severe insomnia, I am on meds with the NHS here in Scotland, I am on Universal Credit as well and whenever I see you posted I get a spark of happinessI don't know why maybe because we live in the same country? But whenever I hear your videos I am zoning out completely. Thanks so much to your videos. Love, that Greek girl, Helga❤

Havent commented in awhile, but thanks for the banger😸

Great!
