What is  n i c e  upon watching this, is the INFORMATION that came with the on-screen footage. Quality, Thank you. Reminds me soo of when I could just cycle my bicycle. I cannot anymore as - BOTH my knees are ''shot ''. I have to watch as to how much I even walk. Running, I can, if I want to endure the pain for the next week. So it be nice to have memories. Now - I just hit the gym. Loving that too. Here again, I push myself to I can go no more. Stop when you '' fall over ''. It be all or nothing. Not a case of abusing your body, just maximising the max it can give you. As one day, we all grow old, the body will eventually lie in the ground and make the worms happy. A free meal.

SO refreshing to see a non-professional riding trials. It's clearly not a race but a challenge to reach the end, hearing your heart rate go up and down along with the elevation and the gear changes? It's ASMR MTB. Thanks for making the recording!

Okay…30 minutes in, I feel like our strong suit is on the uphill climbs.  I’m enjoying riding along.  Thanks for having me!

What an absolute joy of a route. I wish that I had trails like that closer to home.

Started MTBing out of Eugene a couple months ago and was thinking about getting into racing. Watching this legit made me feel tired 😂😂 I need to hit the gym
