I'd like to know does a woman get the same reward spiritually at the end of the day than a man even during the time when she doesn't pray and can't fast? Is her obedience in the fact that she refrains from prayers and fatsing during menstruation like Allah commanded her to do make her gain hassanats?

I never understood this hadith and I don't even know hwonis this in the book of authentic ahadith. Allah indeed knows what the prophet PBUH said or not said.

But I remember nouman ali Khan saying that one scholar Said "a woman not praying in menstruation is also an act of worship because she's not praying because Allah asked her to not pray, and she's obeying Allah and that's also an act of obedience. "

Then I don't understand these scholars blindlessly trying to explain a hadith without trying to go back to if it should be reevaluated instead.

If a man cannot give birth, is it a deficiency in him?
No, it's something beyond his control and ordained by Allah upon him.
