Absolutely nothing wrong with new build locos , they fill gaps in the locomotive fleet of the UK I'm biased as I fire Lyn on the L&B but I think my point is valid.
Always nice to see the Groudle Glen busy and looking immaculate!
Why anyone would complain about a newbuild loco based on an original loco that ran on a heritage line defeats me. The original was scrapped, guys! Lines like this, the Corris and the Lynton and Barnstable have been brought back to life by newbuilds and give a huge amount of pleasure to enthusiasts and ordinary visitors alike.
I Miss Georgina.. And ended up, not, having my driver experience on her. Due to the pandemic hitting. I think. Then leaving NBR... Ive always.
