I met Ewan at L.A. Comic Con on Oct 4, 2024. I told him I got into adventure motorcycle because of him. We talked "Motorcycles" for a bit. He is a real genuine guy

This is how I fell in love with a McGregor

What really struck me about the docu was just how kind Ewan Mcgregor was as a human being. No airs of a Hollywood superstar. Looked after Charlie both physically and emotionally like a true friend would. Very charming dude.

I LOVED this series - from Round, Down to Up!  But, what I’m really hoping for now is a music album from Ewan McGregor where he sings acoustic. He has a lovely voice.

Ewan met his adopted daughter Jayman while in Mongolia.

Long Way Round, Long Way Down and now Long Way Up. Two weekends full of great motorcycle vidio's.

both downright top blokes ,the executive at KTM who knocked em back is probably frying burgers, the executive at BMW who helped em out probably lives in his own bavarian castle now

This is golden ...long way up is now.... best duo ever

I've just read the book The Long Way Round and I am in awe of what they achieved. I just didn't want the book or the trip to end! It's entirely their fault that my huband and I bought two GS1200 BMW Adventure bikes and experienced the bliss of riding them. We watched The Long Way Down too and found their adventure amazing. I am now on a quest for Charley's book, Race to Dakar, an early Christmas present to myself.

Nice interview. I can't help but feel nostalgic with the 1970's look of the set and desk.

"It's got my areas on it? Which ones?!" Ewan, you naughty boy!

Who knew, that invention (rider's airbag) is now essential in MotoGP!

I think Ewan is more famous now for his "Long Way Round, Down, Up, and Home" than for any of his other movies, including Star Wars, because this resonates with a much larger audience. I hope that Ewan and Charlie have something more planned. My pitch: Tour America - 50 states in 50 days. That would be challenging.

cant wait for the new one

14:54, What if it goes in my eye?
Charlie: You've got insurance haven't you?

Lol Charlie is awesome.

'Wussia, Mother Wussia, now that's the scaewy part!' cracks me up

Bloody hilarious interview!

ewan is precious

The two put adventure motorcycles on the map big time and became so much more than anything any one expected. I got my VStrom I couldn’t afford a BMW but I went on a few trips with my wife.

Charley Boorman- "my best friend Ewan"

Ewan Mcgregor- "I find my self on this amazing adventure, on my own"
