After a 4-year break, the Super Monkey Ball series returned to the Wii, this time with one of the most unique gimmicks it had ever seen! But with its bold ideas, was it able to surpass Banana Blitz or even compare to the original 2 titles?

This video is Chapter 10 of Fall Out: A Super Monkey Ball retrospective. I recommend watching the previous video first for additional context.

As this game's self-proclaimed #1 fan, even I can admit that making the Balance Board a selling point was not the best idea. The game could've had much better stage design, but the devs unfortunately decided to limit the game's potential because they wanted to get in on the Balance Board hype.

This was a very fun video to watch! I really like seeing reviews of this game in particular because everyone that reviews it more often than not comes to a unique conclusion. This was no different! Looking forward to the next Fall Out episode!

I just binged through this whole series and can’t wait for the next episode, I’m shocked that you don’t have more subs since these have been really good videos about monkey ball.

I think for me the steam deck has made me move away from console games. I dont like only digital machines so I do still get physical for my PS5 and my Switch but I mostly play on my Steam deck, matters made worse is how expensive the digital games on Sony and Nintendo. I think if consoles go all digital then I think the steam machine may be the way to go
