Bridgeland has already been one of the hottest communities in Houston for a while, but this new section might be the most interesting part yet.
We’re in Bridgeland Central, where they’re building a much more walkable, town-center style area with shopping, restaurants, parks, trails, the future Toro District, and even the Houston Texans practice facility nearby.
And the homes fit that vibe too.
We’re checking out two new David Weekley products starting around the $500s, with modern elevations, huge sliding doors, pass-through garages, plunge pools, upstairs patios, and some really cool indoor/outdoor setups.
These probably aren’t for you if your dream is a massive backyard, but if you care more about walkability, convenience, low maintenance, and being close to everything they’re building out here, these are pretty sweet.
The bigger story, though, is what this area could become over the next few years.
There’s a ton of commercial development planned around Bridgeland Central, and once it’s all built out, this is going to feel a lot more like its own little city than just another neighborhood. Think Market Street in The Woodlands… but with a completely new vibe.
