This is by farrrrr my FAVORITE house!

Hey there. I've seen this property shown by another realtor on this app around a week or so ago, he didn't do a proper showing, in my opinion. He didn't open all the drawers, cabinets or the stove/oven. I can say that you always thoroughly check these homes, like an inspector, and I love it.
When they started building these same designed homes just a few years ago in N.P. the going rate was $400,000 or slightly more and again in my opinion it's not worth it, then and absolutely not now. They are gentrifying the neighborhood and pushing people out by raising the taxes sky high.
You do good work. I wish I knew about your realtor business before I purchased my property almost 4 yrs ago. I love the way you bring your momma with you at times also, getting air and exercise.

Parking is horrible in brewerytown. My mother lived there 50 plus years before she passed and watching how these homes were constructed and the asking price is bananas 🍌 😮 13:41

Definitely a beautiful home.

Must admit I love the design and decor of this home. I wish i know who the contractor was i would surely hire them.❤❤❤

Great video, and this is my neighborhood.   This was just always Norf Philly.  It wasn't until regentrification when I first heard the moniker "Brewerytown ".  It is great for marketing purposes, however it's bad for false impressions.  Every single thing that comes with living in North Philadelphia comes with living in this section.  Realtors have been pushing the "up and coming" narrative for years.  It's overpriced because of it's proximity to Center City and the Zoo.  I believe in transparency especially with influencing someone to potentially move their family, and/or loved one's to a place they may not be familiar with.

I think it’s a beautiful house and I like how they tried to be sure there was lots of light, which can be tough in a rowhome.

I really appreciate your house tours. I like how you take your time, explain what different systems do, inform us of the property taxes, give the location, etc. I was impressed that you like to have a first look at the property along with us.

I see another comment above that said something similar. Keep up the content. You also have a nice speaking voice and sometimes you help me fall asleep at night.

Can you imagine little ones with their handprints on the glass?
Nice home, but in my opinion, it’s for a younger tenant.
Price is higher than I guessed, but it offers a lot. Not my preference. Beautiful, but I think it’s all too modern. I prefer a mix.
Thanks for sharing, it’s always fun hanging out with you. ✌️

Very nice! I love the color of the bricks out front. I like the whole design. The neighborhood has been up and coming for a few years now. It's close to a lot of new eateries, wine and spirits, the zoo etc.

Born and raised there, I realize how much of a treasure NP is…The house is beautiful but I just can’t wrap my head around these prices these days for a home in NP 🤯. I’m flabbergasted 😂

They want so much for these homes because everything has to be brand new, the latest design state-of-the-art, are average people still buying fixer uppers and handyman specials? I like how you present the homes❤

Beautiful 😍. That's a lot of house. Whew !!!!

Needs an elevator for the price.

Beautiful house. After you showed the 1st floor and basement I knew it was too much “turkey”. It would be nice if the new construction would retain the original outside character of the old houses. The new stuff looks so out of place all over Philly.

This house is really  beautiful. It would have been a nice touch to add LED touch lighting mirrors in the bathrooms. I would expect it to be about $660,00. Now is there a garage or is it just street parking? Without the garage that’s a no for me because there’s too many car thefts in Philly. I used to live in that neighborhood many years ago . It wasn't called Brewerytown. It was just North Philadelphia. I guess that's the new gentrification name. But it is worth the price because as you mentioned, the location is perfect to travel to different points. Especially going into the city.

That smoke detector 😂😂🔹️lo e the bathroom on the first level 🔹️the shower is gorgeous

I would love it IF I could install a lift.

outstanding

Great video BTW

Nice house. Reminds me of a Baltimore style of house.
