Trooping the Colour - The Colonel's Review is held seven days ahead of the Trooping the Colour parade which has marked the sovereign's birthday for more than 260 years. But Kate will not be attending to inspect the troops as she normally would in the role, as she continues to recover from cancer treatment.

As beautiful as horses are they have a mind of their own.

Beautifully handled. Bravo!

The young man at 3:51 demonstrated wonderful horsemanship. As the horse got more agitated, he got calmer and relaxed into the horse's frantic movements. When the horse settled, he made sure to affectionately pet its neck. Very impressive as so many of these horses are quite spirited.

The horses just shine!. Their riders shine in a different way. The horsemanship is brilliant. Long time since seeing the parade and trooping in person. Looks amazing on my tv. Thanks to all.

Really enjoyed this. The horses had their moments, but the guards handled the situations magnificently. So glad the band choose cheerful, uplifting, very pleasant songs.

I had an hard enough time playing the clarinet while marching, I don't know how they do it while mounted on a horse. Awesome bunch of players of all the instruments.

Just hope these beautiful horses got a lovely rub down and scrumptious feed after all this work and being soaked through by the rain. The horses and riders did an outstanding job ❤❤

Absolutely wonderful, nobody does it quite like us. Puzzled that there doesn't seem to be any sand on the roads, due to cutbacks? Keep it up our wonderful lads you are a credit to us!x x. X Maybe I was wrong about the sand, looks as if they are cleaning it up toward the end of the video.
