Been playing for 20 years and I'm still not tired of the Terran music lmao

This looks actually like how my dad would play against 7 AIs on melee back in the old days. (His favorite race is Terran of course.) He'd just turtle up with Bunkers, Siege Tanks, and Goliaths; wait for the AI to suicide all their units into the meat grinder until they ran out of mineral to build anymore, then went in and cleaned up all their bases. Good time!

*Edit (1 Feb 2025): Woah... I wasn't expecting to receive so many likes and replies these past few years. I really appreciate everyone who wrote and shared their stories. I've been reading all of them. I was being very nostalgic after seeing this vid which reminded me of my dad when I was young. Sadly, my dad passed away in 2022 due to cancer. :( May he Rest in Peace. But his memory lives on! I will continue to play & enjoy StarCraft like he did back in the good old days.

On the bright side, I recently got my Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and am starting a new job as a University Faculty in Thailand, so I'm sure my dad would have been proud. :)

I love the blue AI which seemed to give up once you started repairing the depot at the bottom right of your base

I remember my dad playing this when I was a kid. He would get to the point where they were almost done but leave them alone and let them rebuild

Yah the thing about Starcraft 1 maps is that they often didn’t have many resource bases and the AI wasn’t very good at effectively countering a walled off defensive line. This meant that the AI could often be beat in a war of attrition

I had impression that buildings received more damage from the tanks than from enemies :)

9:03 when that Terran 1 kicks in. These are the best moments when playing Terran and hearing Hydralisks explode after a siege tank barrage.

3:23 I'm sitting here eating food and once the enemy Marine started shooting I flinched to grab the mouse to find out where it was coming from so I could counter it...but it's just a video XD

Nothing quite like a slugfest against the AI. This was fun to watch

He's so Epic, he can beat 7 Computers in just 27 Minutes! It took me 1 Hour to take Down 3 Computers xD

Lol I love how the zerg AIs keep burrowing and unburrowing their lurkers and getting them killed really early on.

I feel like this is the exact reason banelings were invented

man, I was always swarmed by air units around the 13-15 minute mark. These seemed really easy by comparison.
