Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 (not the dumb new one) has got to be one of the best multiplayer experiences you can get in a call of duty, but the platinum experience is a different beast....

13 years and Soap's death STILL gets me bad.... Someone please give praise to Price's VA in that scene (frickin' amazing)

"Soap trusted you, I did too. SO WHY IN THE BLOODY HELL DOES MAKAROV KNOW YOU?????" is the best line in the whole game. Lives rent free to this day

Soap’s death hurts even more when you realise that Soap was the guy you played as during almost all missions in CoD 4

Still my favourite cod of all time. I remember being up late on my family's shitty computer just playing multiplayer for hours hoping my mum wouldn't come downstairs and find me gaming instead of sleeping for school.

Luckily I have a couple friends who I still occasionally play private matches with. Brings back the old days for a few hours at a time.

33:18 I remember getting that horrible audio glitch back when MW3 was the latest Call of Duty. It happened a few times, the first time was when I was playing it late at night with the TV already relatively loud. And this was back when I wasn't using headphones, so everyone could hear it including my family 🤣 I recall contacting support about this bug, but I guess it never got fixed.

the glitch at 33:24 is called the "infinite machine gun looping audio bug," which produces a deafening, non-stop buzzing sound. This bug is triggered during intense combat when the engine fails to register the "stop" sound command, a common issue for which players often needed to trigger a new sound or finish the round to fix. When i played mw3 on 7th gen i fixed it by turning off my ps3 which fixed it, i kinda hot scared ngl.
