This is a 2-night 3-day canoe trip with the family (called the boy trip), starting from Smoke Lake to Ragged Lake to Big Porcupine Lake and finally to Bonnechere Lake, a total distance of 34 km This trip was in Mid June 2023 during the forest fires in Ontario and Quebec causing the air quality to be low from the smoke.  We conquered the Devil's Staircase and stayed on one of the nices site in Algonquin Park.  During the trip, we see a lot of turtles and snakes close-up and I do a quick review on the No-bug zone tent.  A lot of great scenery, very clear water, and fantastic portages.  I recommend this trip for all canoers.
